House cleaning

Kitchen
- Counters and splashback degreased
- Sink and tap cleaned and descaled
- Hob and control knobs cleaned
- Outside of all appliances wiped
- Microwave inside and out
- Cupboard fronts wiped
- Small appliances wiped (kettle, toaster)
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floor mopped incl. edges
Bathroom
- Toilet cleaned and disinfected, incl. base
- Shower / bathtub scrubbed
- Tiles and joints wiped, watermarks removed
- Sink and tap descaled
- Mirror and glass polished
- Towel rails and holders dusted
- Floor mopped and disinfected
- Bin emptied
Bedrooms
- Bed made or linen changed (if agreed)
- Under-bed vacuumed
- Nightstands and dressers dusted
- Mirrors polished
- Light fittings dusted
Living room
- Sofa cushions straightened, under cushions vacuumed
- TV stand and electronics dusted (dry cloth)
- Coffee table and shelves wiped
- Decor items dusted
- Plants dusted / leaves wiped
Extras (on request)
- Inside oven
- Inside fridge (shelf by shelf)
- Inside windows
- Inside cupboards and wardrobes
- Ironing
- Balcony / terrace swept
Office cleaning

Sanitary facilities
- Toilets and urinals cleaned and disinfected

- Soap, paper and towels restocked

General
- All common-area floors vacuumed / mopped
- Touch points disinfected (handles, switches, lift buttons, rails)
- Waste taken to collection point, sorted
- Stairwells swept
- Lights off, doors locked per instructions
End of tenancy

- Floors deep-cleaned (per floor type)
- Skirting boards, door frames and doors washed
- Light switches and sockets wiped
- Radiators cleaned incl. behind
- Wardrobes / built-ins cleaned inside
- Marks on walls removed where possible
- Light fittings dusted, bulbs working
Windows
- Windows cleaned inside
- Frames and sills washed
- Shutters / blinds dusted
- Outside faces where accessible / agreed
Outside & annexes
- Cellar / storage room emptied and swept
- Garage swept
- Balcony / terrace swept, drains clear
- Letterbox emptied and cleaned
Handover
- All personal items removed
- Meter readings noted (electricity, gas, water)
- All keys collected and counted
- Photos taken of each room
- Damage list compared with entry inventory
